DubaiVisitVisa.in is a dedicated visa assistance platform operated by Travel Saga Holidays, helping travellers — primarily from India — apply for Dubai visit visas with expert guidance, documentation support, and application status updates. This policy sets out the terms that govern all visa service bookings made through our platform.
Important Disclaimer
Dubaivisitvisa.in is a visa assistance and application support service. We are not an official government immigration portal. We assist with visa applications but do not issue visas and cannot guarantee approval. Visa approvals and rejections are decided by the relevant UAE immigration authorities. For Dubai-issued visas, this may include the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), Dubai. For official visa information, please refer to the UAE government immigration portal at gdrfad.gov.ae.

Required Documents
Common documents requested for a Dubai visit visa application may include:
- Clear colour scan of valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from intended date of entry)
- Recent passport-sized photograph against a white background
- Return flight ticket or itinerary, where applicable
- Travel insurance with appropriate international and medical coverage, where required
- Additional documents may be required depending on the visa type and applicant nationality
Our team will confirm the complete document checklist for your specific visa type at the time of application. Submitting incomplete, unclear, or inaccurate documents may delay or result in rejection of your application. We are not responsible for rejections arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the applicant.
Processing Times
Estimated processing times after receipt of complete documents and payment are as follows:

Processing times are estimates and may vary based on immigration authority workload, public holidays in the UAE, or additional document requirements. We recommend applying at least 2–3 weeks before your intended travel date. We are not responsible for delays caused by the immigration authority.
Application Tracking
Once your application is submitted, we will provide application status updates as information becomes available. Our team will provide relevant status updates during the application process.
Visa Delivery
Where applicable, an approved visa will be emailed to you in PDF format. Please verify all details on the visa immediately upon receipt — including your full name, date of birth, passport number, and visa validity — and notify us of any discrepancy before travel.
Amendments
If you need to amend your application after submission — for example, a change in travel date or passport details — please contact us immediately. Amendments may not be possible once the application has been submitted to the immigration authority and may require a fresh application at additional cost.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method. UAE public holidays and weekends may cause additional delays.
Rejection Policy
Visa rejections are the sole decision of UAE immigration authorities. We are not responsible for visa rejection where the application has been submitted with the required information and documents, as the final decision rests with the relevant UAE immigration authorities. In the event of a rejection, our service fee is non-refundable. We will advise you on next steps and, where applicable, assist with a re-application.
Urgent Visa Service
The urgent visa service is available upon request and is subject to eligibility. It carries a higher service fee than the standard service. Faster processing is not guaranteed and remains subject to the immigration authority’s decisions. Contact Travel Saga Holidays before applying if you require urgent processing.
Liability
Travel Saga Holidays acts as a visa assistance intermediary only. We do not issue visas, make immigration decisions, or guarantee outcomes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses or disruptions resulting from visa rejection, delays caused by the relevant immigration authorities, or inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the applicant.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India for applicants based in India, and the laws of the United Arab Emirates for all other applicants.
