DubaiVisitVisa.in is a dedicated visa assistance platform operated by Travel Saga Holidays, helping travellers — primarily from India — apply for Dubai visit visas with expert guidance, accurate documentation support, and real-time application tracking. This policy sets out the terms that govern all visa service bookings made through our platform.
Important Disclaimer
Dubaivisitvisa.in is a visa assistance and application support service. We are not an official government immigration portal. We assist with visa applications but do not issue visas and cannot guarantee approval. All visa approvals and rejections are solely decided by the UAE immigration authorities — the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), Dubai. For official visa information, please refer to the UAE government immigration portal at gdrfad.gov.ae.

All transactions are in INR as applicable. The service fee covers our application assistance, document review, and processing support. It does not include the official UAE visa fee, which is charged separately and paid to the relevant authority. No hidden fees are charged — the full cost is communicated clearly before payment.
Required Documents
Standard documents required for a Dubai visit visa application include:
- Clear colour scan of valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from intended date of entry)
- Recent passport-sized photograph against a white background
- Return flight ticket (or itinerary)
- Travel insurance with international and medical coverage valid for the duration of stay
- Additional documents may be required depending on the visa type and applicant nationality
Our team will confirm the complete document checklist for your specific visa type at the time of application. Submitting incomplete, unclear, or inaccurate documents may delay or result in rejection of your application. We are not responsible for rejections arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the applicant.
Processing Times
Standard processing times are as follows:

Processing times are estimates and may vary based on immigration authority workload, public holidays in the UAE, or additional document requirements. We recommend applying at least 2–3 weeks before your intended travel date. We are not responsible for delays caused by the immigration authority.
Application Tracking
Once your application is submitted, you can track its status in real time through our live tracking portal. Your assigned visa expert will also keep you updated at every stage of the process.
Visa Delivery
Upon approval, your visa will be emailed to you in PDF format. Please verify all details on the visa immediately upon receipt — including your full name, date of birth, passport number, and visa validity — and notify us of any discrepancy before travel.
Amendments
If you need to amend your application after submission — for example, a change in travel date or passport details — please contact us immediately. Amendments may not be possible once the application has been submitted to the immigration authority and may require a fresh application at additional cost.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method. UAE public holidays and weekends may cause additional delays.
Rejection Policy
Visa rejections are the sole decision of UAE immigration authorities. We are not responsible for rejection of an application where all required documents were provided accurately and the applicant meets the eligibility criteria. In the event of a rejection, our service fee is non-refundable. We will advise you on next steps and, where applicable, assist with a re-application.
Urgent Visa Service
The urgent visa service is available upon request and is subject to eligibility. It carries a higher service fee than the standard service. Faster processing is not guaranteed and remains subject to the immigration authority’s decisions. Contact our team before applying if you require urgent processing.
Liability
Travel Saga Holidays acts as a visa assistance intermediary only. We do not issue visas, make immigration decisions, or guarantee outcomes. We are not liable for costs, losses, or disruptions arising from visa rejection, delays by the immigration authority, or inaccurate information provided by the applicant.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India for applicants based in India, and the laws of the United Arab Emirates for all other applicants.
